Business Agreement
Last updated: October 3, 2026 — shown at signup and kept here for reference
1. Who can list
You must be the business owner or be authorized to act for the business. The business must hold whatever licenses or permits its trade and locality require.
2. What you promise
- Your listing information is truthful, current, and yours to publish.
- Your license or permit details are valid, and you'll update them if they change or lapse.
- You won't post fake reviews of your own business or pay for reviews.
- You won't use Cardvue to mislead customers or for any unlawful purpose.
3. Verification
We verify your business phone by text message and keep your license details on file. Verification badges ("Phone verified", "License on file") reflect the checks we ran — they are not an endorsement of your work quality.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By publishing them, you give Cardvue permission to display them as part of your listing.
5. Card designs
Free designs may be used by any listed business. Premium designs are a one-time purchase per business, yours to keep while your listing is active. All sales are final except where required by law.
6. Removal
We may remove or suspend listings that break this agreement or the Terms of Service — for example, false credentials, impersonation, or review manipulation — with or without notice.
7. The fine print
Cardvue connects customers with businesses; any work performed is strictly between you and the customer. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
